Hello, I’m Terri Regent, and welcome to my menopause coaching practice. I’m here to guide you through this transformative phase of life.

Menopause isn’t a solo act; it’s a complex interplay of bodily systems. It’s about reconnecting with your body, and you’d be amazed at the difference this simple step can make.

Menopause is Unpredictable

The challenge with menopause is that it’s unpredictable – there’s no set start or end date, and everyone’s experience is unique. You might be wondering if your anxiety, sleepless nights, forgetfulness, irritability, hot flushes, and achy joints are due to menopause or something else entirely like stress, depression, or even a serious illness.

You might turn to “Dr Google,” join social media groups, or consult friends and strangers, only to be bombarded with a flood of information, misinformation, and often unhelpful advice, leaving you more confused than ever.

Your next stop might be your doctor’s office, where you could receive anything from targeted advice to prescriptions for antidepressants or opinions on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) based solely on your doctor’s perspective rather than solid medical guidance.

So, what’s the solution?

My mission is to transform how you perceive midlife and menopause so you can fully embrace this unique transition and achieve natural well-being. This means:

“Balance is not something you find; it is something you create.”

Sometimes midlife challenges, such as the symptoms of peri/menopause negatively impacting your wellbeing, throw that balance out of line. You no longer recognise who you are, your roles have changed, and you feel disconnected from yourself, your body, your relationships, and life itself suddenly becomes overwhelming.

I’ve been there and got lost in trying to battle through the menopause, to suffer in silence and just try to carry on. Not knowing what the hell was happening or who to turn to for help.

But I woke up one day and decided no one was coming to the rescue, and I had to choose to put myself first for once.

I dug deep, addressed my own needs, educated myself, listened to my body and ultimately embraced menopause as my midlife creation rather than my midlife crisis!

How did I do this? Well, come on a coaching journey with me, and I will show you how. 

My Story

I have always been fascinated by people and what makes them behave the way they do.

Throughout my professional roles, from senior retail manager, psychology lecturer, and Ofsted Registered Childminder to now being an ACC ICF accredited coach, it has always been about how I can support and facilitate the learning of others.

I’d say this is also true about my most important role in life, being a mum to my three boys.

Looking back on how far I have come, discovering the coaching process has enabled me from wanting to rescue people to truly empowering them to unlock their own strengths and creativity. This is what coaching is all about.

Add to that my love of all things magical, especially Tarot as an intuitive tool, my coaching sessions really dig deep and open up possibilities and knowledge for my clients about themselves that they never previously knew.

Hitting midlife, and in retrospect, the massive shifts that occurred during my transition into menopause led me to recreate my life one more time and focus my coaching practice on empowering midlife women to embrace their menopause experience and thrive into their post-menopausal phase and beyond.
