What is the one thing you can do today to take control of how you feel? Two hours to map out your thoughts and pick something that will positively impact the rest – that sounds like an excellent place to start.

During your menopause solutions coaching session, we will work together to co-create solutions. These solutions will enable you to reduce overwhelm and understand what is happening to your body, and why, so that you can take back control.

You will feel confident adapting to the changes and managing your unique transition, no matter the challenges or difficulties.

  • One-off deep dive solution-focussed coaching session (allow up to two hours).
  • Pre-session questionnaire to find out where you are currently.
  • Action plan to address your most urgent need through specific goals related to menopause symptoms management within the session.
  • Personalised holistic plan, including detailed information about menopause symptoms discussed and solutions sent to your email address within five working days
  • Recording of session provided if required.

This personalised coaching conversation is designed to find solutions for overcoming menopause symptoms negatively impacting your quality of life. It is for women in the midst of their menopause transition who feel overwhelmed, anxious and lost but ready to find solutions.

The Menopause Symptoms Solution Session will take place over Zoom and will last approximately two hours.

The investment is £125. Once you have booked your session, you will be sent a contract and a questionnaire to complete and return to me at least 48 hours before your session.
